Maximianus, first reign, 286-305. Follis (Bronze, 27 mm, 10.30 g, 7 h), Londinium, circa 303. IMP MAXIMIANVS P F AVG Laureate and cuirassed bust of Maximianus to right. Rev. GENIO POPVLI ROMANI Genius, nude but for chlamys over his left shoulder, standing front, head to left, holding patera in his right hand and cornucopiae in his left. RIC 25. Struck from a slightly worn reverse die, otherwise, good very fine.
